Smoky Peppah is very similar to your traditional hot sauce but we had to make it better. We made this by roasting some nice sweet red bell peppers but needed to add some sweetness. So we added pineapple and only pineapple to give some sweet. Then we thought, well we need to add a bit of a smoke flavor to give it another flavor. That did it right there! We now have a very universal hot sauce!
